Now Hiring: Strong Middle-to-Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s team.

Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America)

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and optimize ML models powering next-gen voice interaction.
• Develop and maintain scalable, low-latency ML infrastructure.
• Apply RL fine-tuning and preference optimization techniques (e.g., DPO).
• Work directly with the founding team and designers to build a high-quality product.
• Work with users to refine ML solutions based on feedback.
• Address challenges like hallucinations, personalization, and context-awareness.
• Improve ML pipelines, tools, and best practices.
• Stay up to date on ML research and emerging technologies.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape both the product and the ML platform.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

• 5+ years of hands-on ML model development and deployment.
• 2+ years of Python skills for ML applications.
• Contributions to open-source ML or published research / published research in RL or related fields.
• Deep understanding of ML principles and algorithms, including experience with RL fine-tuning and preference optimization (e.g. DPO)
• Demonstrated ability to innovate in model development, addressing challenges like latency, hallucinations, context-awareness, and personalization.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn. Likes working directly with users and building from feedback.
