We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our core product & engineering team — the group responsible for developing and scaling the Awesomic platform itself.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Oversee the delivery of Awesomic’s internal SaaS platform, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between engineering, product, and design teams.
• Manage timelines, resources, and risks — keeping delivery predictable and efficient.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize workflows, sprint planning, and internal processes to boost team performance.
• Support roadmap execution — ensuring that what we plan actually gets shipped.

🧠 About you

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager in a tech or SaaS company.
• Proven success in managing cross-functional development teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, sprint cycles, and software delivery processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills — you’re the kind of person who keeps everyone aligned and informed.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, async environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by progress, not just process.
