Now Hiring: Backend Engineers with experience in PHP to join our talent pool and collaborate with our clients.

Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America) and Europe.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver scalable and high-performing web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and internal tools to support business needs.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧠 Must-have skills:

• Solid experience developing backend applications with PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and query optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs design and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization in production environments.

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Docker or containerized environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) for cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to message queues, caching systems, or microservices architecture.
