Now Hiring: a Product Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of features and help deliver scalable, high-performing web solutions.

🌎 Location: remote in LATAM or Europe

🕒 Preferred Availability: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of product-building experience
    - Proven track record of building products end-to-end (ideally from zero to launch, and successfully maintaining them on the market for several years).

  2. User Research & Insights
    - Ability to communicate effectively with users.
    - Skilled in conducting user interviews and translating feedback into product improvements.

  3. Technical Understanding & Prioritization
    - Capable of understanding code at a conceptual level.
    - Strong backlog prioritization skills based on both business value and technical constraints.
    - Technical expertise to estimate timelines and complexity of feature implementation.

  4. Testing & Quality Mindset
    - Actively participates in testing new features.
    - Ensures product quality by validating functionality against requirements before release.

  5. Data analysis
    - SQL knowledge with the ability to write basic queries.
    - Can independently extract and analyze user and product data for decision-making.

  6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    - Experience in building, scaling, and managing development teams.
    - Ability to align stakeholders and ensure smooth communication across functions.

  7. Entrepreneurial Mindset
    - Operates as an “entrepreneur” inside the company.
    - Understands unit economics, market dynamics, customer needs, and product lifecycle.
    - Able to apply structured thinking and prompt effectively (AI/automation tools usage at a basic but practical level).
