Now Hiring: Webflow Specialist

Location: Remote in Latin America (Mexico, Central and South America) and Europe.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain Webflow websites, templates, and components.
• Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fully functional, responsive Webflow sites.
• Customize Webflow functionality using CMS Collections, interactions, and animations.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to deliver pixel-perfect digital experiences.
• Ensure websites are performant, SEO-friendly, and accessible across all devices.
• Integrate Webflow projects with third-party tools, APIs, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize sites for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Continuously improve workflows by implementing best practices and new Webflow features.

• You are passionate about no-code/low-code development and modern web design.
• You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You have a strong eye for design and care about delivering visually polished, user-friendly experiences.
• You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• You stay updated on Webflow trends, plugins, and integrations to deliver innovative solutions.
• You balance creativity with functionality, ensuring designs are both beautiful and practical.

🧠 Must-have skills:

• Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow websites.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with Webflow CMS and dynamic content.
• Familiarity with Webflow animations, interactions, and advanced layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices for Webflow.
• Ability to integrate third-party tools and automation platforms (Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Portfolio showcasing professional Webflow projects.

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of JavaScript for custom Webflow interactions.
• Experience with APIs and headless CMS integrations.
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite for design collaboration.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with other no-code platforms (Framer, Bubble, Wix Studio).
