Now Hiring: a Customer Success Manager for one of our clients — a fast-scaling tech company building a business growth platform. They help B2B companies and founders scale their audience and influence through content strategy, automation, and systemized execution.
Location: based in Ireland, the UK, or the United States
🎯 Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience
- Maintain and improve client relationships post-sale
- Own upsell and retention efforts through consultative communication
- Provide timely and effective support via email, calls, and async tools
- Ensure customer accounts are running smoothly and proactively spot blockers
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and track resolutions
- Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of interactions
- Optimize internal workflows via tools like Zapier and Notion
🔍 About you
- Native English speaker (or equivalent fluency)
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Experience, or Account Management
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Ideally, you’ve worked in companies focused on: audience building, content marketing, personal brand development, or newsletter/email growth platforms
- Familiar with tools like Zapier, CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), and enjoy streamlining workflows
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive — a natural at keeping things running without micromanagement
- Strong communicator who leads with clarity, empathy, and commercial understanding
