We’re looking for a Vice President of Talent to join our executive team and shape the future of Awesomic’s global people strategy.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of talent, operations, and strategy — ideal for a visionary leader who knows how to build scalable, high-performance teams that drive measurable business growth.
You’ll own the entire talent lifecycle — from attraction and engagement to performance, development, and retention — creating a culture where exceptional people thrive and our business scales sustainably.
🧠What You’ll Do
- Drive Talent Profitability: Build and execute operational people strategies that directly contribute to Awesomic’s growth, profitability, and team efficiency.
- Optimize Workforce Performance: Ensure the right people are in the right roles through proactive capacity planning, data-driven decision-making, and workforce analytics.
- Lead Global Talent Operations: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance systems designed to attract, deploy, and retain top talent across geographies.
- Champion Retention & Engagement: Develop impactful retention programs that reduce churn, increase satisfaction, and strengthen Awesomic’s employer brand.
- Build Scalable Performance Systems: Implement clear frameworks for goal-setting, feedback, and career growth that align with business outcomes.
- Leverage Talent Analytics: Own and optimize people metrics — from cost per hire to employee lifetime value — to forecast needs and inform executive strategy.
- Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align talent operations with revenue targets, utilization, and strategic objectives.
- Elevate Employer Brand: Strengthen Awesomic’s visibility and positioning as a high-performance, global, and inclusive workplace.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously refine people processes and tech infrastructure to enable faster, smarter decision-making across all teams.
🧑‍🚀 About You
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Strategy, or HR Leadership, ideally in fast-growing tech or creative companies.
- Proven ability to design and execute scalable people strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Experience leading distributed, high-performing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and organizational design.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deeply data-driven, using metrics to guide decisions and forecast talent needs.
- Passionate about building diverse, inclusive, and empowered company cultures that deliver results.
