Now, we’re looking for a Design Engineer for one of our clients — a venture capital–backed SaaS company developing an AI-powered notepad for teams.
Their product helps professionals transform raw meeting notes into structured, actionable summaries — powered by cutting-edge language models and a beautifully crafted interface.

Location: Remote across Europe (preferred time zone: CET / EET)

🎯 Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between design and development by turning high-fidelity Figma concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in both Figma and code (React, Tailwind, etc.).
• Prototype, test, and ship intuitive user interfaces across platforms (Mac, Windows, iOS).
• Collaborate closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams to bring new features from concept to launch.
• Elevate UI quality through attention to typography, motion, and microinteractions.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies between design and engineering implementations.
• Contribute to inventing new interaction patterns for AI-driven tools.

🔍 About you

• You’re either a frontend engineer with strong design sensibility or a designer fluent in code.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern frontend architecture.
• Confident using Figma — from prototyping to managing component libraries.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems/component libraries.
• Deep understanding of UI craft — pixel-perfect design, motion, and delightful details.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, experimenting, iterating, and owning outcomes.
