Now Hiring: a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, drive team development, and achieve client acquisition and retention goals.
Location: San Francisco, USA (hybrid — on-site a few times per week)
🧑‍💻 What you'll do:
Development of Marketing Strategy
- Formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer base segmentation.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Implementing multichannel campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Implementing loyalty and customer retention programs.
Content Marketing
- Planning and coordinating content production (articles, blogs, analytical materials, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc).
- Ensuring SEO and content analytics to enhance visibility.
Digital Marketing
- Utilizing social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital channels.
- Working with marketing analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Team Management and Development
- Conduct 1-1s with the existing team, hire new team members, and implement KPIs and goals to make sure the marketing team is efficient.
- Be a mentor and a coach to your team.
Implementing a data-driven approach
- Regularly analyzing the ROI from marketing activities.
- Implement a data-driven approach to the marketing team.
- Reporting to management on achievements and planning future steps.
Budgeting and Resource Management
- Preparing and controlling the marketing budget.
- Managing the marketing team and external contractors.
Positioning
- Developing unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Ensuring a cohesive brand image across all marketing channels
🧑‍🚀 About you:
- You have 10+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, or similar).
- You have proven experience driving marketing growth in B2B SaaS companies operating in the US market.
- You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in a venture-backed or high-growth tech company.
- You’re a strategic thinker who combines creativity with strong analytical and operational skills.
- You’re experienced in building and scaling marketing teams, setting goals, and coaching others.
- You’re fluent in using data and analytics to make decisions and measure campaign performance.
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- You’re familiar with modern marketing stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).
