Now Hiring: AI Engineer
Location: Remote in Europe and LATAM
🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that solve real business problems
Develop and maintain machine learning models, APIs, and data pipelines
Work with product, engineering, and data teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions
Experiment with and integrate LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive models
Optimize models for performance, reliability, and scalability in production
Continuously evaluate, improve, and monitor model outcomes and system behavior
🧑‍🚀 About You:
You’re curious, analytical, and excited about applying AI in real-world products
You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
You balance strong technical skills with clear communication
You take ownership, think in systems, and care about building things that last
🧠Must-have skills:
2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML systems in production, or equivalent experience gained through backend, data, or ML engineering roles
Strong software engineering background (APIs, services, data handling, system design)
Practical experience with modern AI tools (e.g., LLM APIs, prompt pipelines, embeddings, model integration)
Solid understanding of data workflows, evaluation, and performance trade-offs
Experience collaborating in fast-paced, product-driven teams
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems
Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, or CI/CD for ML
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Background in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
