Now, we’re supporting one of our US-based clients in creating a high-quality 3D architectural flyover video for a new residential neighborhood — and we’re looking for a Senior Architectural 3D Visualization Artist to bring this project to life.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Create a 3D architectural visualization of a new residential neighborhood based on:

  • CAD files

  • site plans & topography

  • existing still renders (if available)

• Build realistic environment assets:

  • buildings, roads, landscape, greenery, lighting

• Design and animate a cinematic flyover/flythrough showcasing:

  • master plan layout

  • scale, flow, and atmosphere of the neighborhood

• Deliver a ~30-second, silent 3D marketing flyover video optimized for website and social media, presenting the residential master plan from a drone-like perspective

• Collaborate with the client team to:

  • follow brand guidelines

  • iterate on feedback

  • ensure a high-quality final delivery

🧑‍🚀 About You

• 5+ years of experience in Architectural Visualization / ArchViz

• Proven experience delivering short-form architectural videos (20–60s) as final marketing assets for developers, real estate companies, or sales teams

• Strong portfolio with:

  • real estate or residential developments

  • flyover/flythrough animations (must-have)

• Confident working with architectural inputs:

  • CAD files

  • site plans

  • real-world scale & proportions

• Solid experience with tools such as:

  • 3ds Max / Blender / Cinema 4D

  • V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, or similar

• Good understanding of:

  • lighting & materials

  • camera movement & composition

• Able to work independently and own the project end-to-end

• Comfortable delivering assets for marketing & sales use cases
