Now Hiring: AI-Native Growth Marketer to join our core team, own our performance marketing engine, and drive enterprise lead generation β powered by AI from day one.
Location: Latin America, Europe; must be able to cover 9:00-18:00 PST.
π§βπ» What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns β set up, test, and iterate using AI-powered workflows (Claude Code or equivalent tooling)
Drive enterprise lead generation as your north star metric β quality pipeline over vanity numbers
Test hypotheses independently, track experiments rigorously, and bring clear metrics to every decision
Do product marketing β translate Awesomic's positioning into sharp ad creative and messaging that converts
Build automated marketing workflows using APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) without waiting for engineering support
π§βπ About You:
You think of AI agents as teammates, not novelties β you have a working stack of AI tools you use every day
Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns end-to-end (not just managing agencies)
Comfortable forming and testing growth hypotheses independently β you bring data, not just ideas
Strong understanding of B2B / enterprise buyer journeys
Fluent in English and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
β¨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, MCP servers, or ad platform API integrations
Background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or design/dev services
Built your own mini-automations or tools (no-code, low-code, or otherwise)
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise targets
